To me, the woman working at Mac Donald’s and the female executive both stand on the same grounds until I’ve found out more about their respective personalities. I don’t expect any one of them to be more intelligent or sensible than the other; I just know exactly what I’m looking for and I’m not going to make choices depending on looks and status.

This is stupid. You marry someone because that person is special and makes you feel special. Unfortunately, most couples tend to forget why they got together in the first place and allow their lives and marriage to slowly sink into the flow of everyday events.

Not taking the other one for granted is the key sentence. Choosing a life partner depending on looks and/or status is simply ridiculous. This article has only helped to fuel a very stupid fight between men who feel they are not being treated well enough and women fighting for their right to be loved.

Many things have already been said, and I would like to remind you that some women have made extremely contemptuous remarks about their counterparts living and working in the lower steps of society’s ladder. Doesn’t the female McDo cashier have an equal right to be loved by a charming, sensitive, intelligent and possibly rich man?

I did not appreciate those remarks at all.
