I was reading through the old messages that I’ve overlooked, browsing around, and something tweeked my brain; I thought of a pretty good argument, so natch’ I want to share it with the nurturing, fair minded, genteel ladies here. It’s this: Since women typically find breastfeeding their babies enjoyable, and some even report orgasmic sensations including orgasm, why is this not “child molestation?”
But, more to my point: If it is not “child molestation,” then doesn’t that mean that men and women are not equal? – ‘Cause I don’t think men are allowed to let babies suck on any of their body parts to the point of sexual arrousal. Oh, **bleep** – some bimbo is getting ready for a “different but equal” reply. But, isn’t “different but equal” the rationale for homemakers and husbands having different but equal roles in family structure?

Yeah, in a feminised world we should be calling women who breast feed perverts. Now if men were the ones breastfeeding we would be demonized. As men though we will let logic, reason, and sanity illuminate the day around us! You are giving us an example of femlogic.

Breastfeeding the fruit of their womb, is a hell of alot better than aborting said fetus and running off to a job as some disinterested Corporate **bleep**.

Women have been proving for the last 30 years that men have been right for the last 30 centuries!

Just to confirm what you’re getting at:

“Maternal love is an intensely sexual experience, more sexually satisfying than any feeling produced by the manipulation of body parts … Babies are erotic, especially as an idea.”
– Maggie Gallagher

I suppose part of the Motherhood Mystique is the denial that any of this even exists.

Yes, of course. After over a half century of trying to be a good lover I have noticed – among other things – that women are highly reluctant to tell a man exactly how to perform certain intimate sexual activities which are exclusively intended to bring pleasure to the women. I’ve always wondered about that. At first I thought that it was a matter of shyness or a preference for romantic mood over ‘shop talk’ about sexual technique. Now, I believe that it is an unwillingness to empower the man with any knowledge about female sexuality. The exception to open and frank discussion has always seemed to be when there was an intent to manipulate the man with another motive, and in those cases the information given was usually false. A lie. Which is, of course, also manipulative and disempowering. Some of them have obviously been covering up their total lack of sexual response or their unwillingness to ‘surrender’ to pleasure given by someone they intend to use with a cold hearted purposefulness. Now that women and the powers that are using women for political power are daily playing the trump cards of ‘men’s sex bad – women’s sex good’ there should be no surprise that any sexual pleasure women derive from handling babies and children must be kept secret and dismissed as ‘non-sexual’ or ‘different.’
